There’s a particular kind of frustration that comes from knowing you’re showing up… but still not seeing visibility turn into consistent opportunities.

You post, network, share ideas, update your profile, try to stay visible.

Sometimes people engage, but rarely enquire.

Most opportunities still come through people who already know you.

Your messaging still feels unclear, even to you.

The whole thing starts to feel draining.

You disappear for a few weeks.
Then come back in a burst of motivation.
Then disappear again.

A lot of people assume this means they need:

  • more content
  • more consistency
  • more followers
  • better algorithms

But often, the deeper issue isn’t visibility itself.

It’s what’s sitting underneath it.

Because visibility becomes exhausting when:

  • people don’t quickly understand what makes your work valuable
  • there’s no clear path from “this is interesting” to “I want to work with you”
  • your business still feels disconnected behind the scenes
  • you’re relying on bursts of motivation rather than a structure that actually supports consistency

That’s what Designed to Be Seen is here to help you explore.

This is a 3-week implementation sprint for freelance language professionals who want to attract more of the right people without relying on constant posting, performative visibility, or marketing tactics that don’t fit who they are.

Together, we’ll strengthen the three layers that help visibility actually lead somewhere:

– clarity
– trust
– momentum

Not by trying to turn you into somebody else, but by helping you understand what may be undermining visibility underneath the surface.

A different way of using AI

A big part of this programme happens through three structured coaching companions powered by AI.

And if that sentence makes you slightly curious and slightly sceptical… you’re probably not alone. Many thoughtful professionals are feeling uncertain about AI right now.

Maybe you’re excited by it, but you may also be feeling overwhelmed, or worrying that it’s making everything sound generic and impersonal.

I understand your concerns. That’s why I’ve designed these tools differently.

These are not content generators designed to pump out endless generic posts, and they are not here to replace your judgement, expertise, or voice.

Instead, think of them more like guided strategic workspaces, or structured coaching companions.

Unlike standard ChatGPT, where you open a blank chat and wonder, “What am I even supposed to ask?”

…these tools are designed around very specific reflection and implementation processes.

Each one guides you through strategic conversations that help you:

  • think more clearly about your business
  • spot patterns and blind spots more quickly
  • strengthen your messaging
  • identify friction points
  • reflect more strategically on what’s actually happening underneath your visibility

The experience feels much closer to an ongoing guided coaching conversation than a generic AI tool. I believe AI becomes most valuable when it helps thoughtful professionals strengthen their judgement and focus more fully on the human parts of their work – not when it encourages people to disconnect from them.

And importantly, you do not need to already feel expert in using AI before joining.

What we’ll explore together

Week 1 – Visibility & Clarity

Can people quickly understand what you do – and why it matters?

In Week 1, we’ll look at the visible signals your business is currently sending, because many people are far more experienced and skilled than their visibility currently communicates.

You’ll use the Visibility & Clarity AI coaching companion to explore things like:

  • messaging that sounds too broad or interchangeable
  • profiles that mention too many different things at once
  • hidden expertise that isn’t being communicated clearly
  • unclear positioning signals
  • places where your audience may be getting confused or losing focus

The goal is not to completely reinvent your business in a week.

It’s to help people understand you faster, recognise your value more easily, and connect the dots more clearly.

Week 2 — Pathways & Trust

What happens after somebody discovers you?

A lot of businesses don’t actually have a visibility problem so much as a pathway problem.

People discover them…
but then nothing really happens, because there’s no clear next step.

In Week 2, we’ll explore:

  • where people currently drop off
  • what may be weakening trust unintentionally
  • how your audience journey currently works
  • where your invitations and next steps feel unclear
  • how to create more connection between visibility and enquiry

This does not require complicated funnels or polished marketing systems, it requires more intentional structure.

Week 3 — Momentum & Sustainability

Why does visibility keep becoming stop-start?

The final week focuses on sustainable momentum.

It’s not about forcing yourself to post constantly, but more about understanding the patterns that have been getting in the way of a sustainable consistency.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • stop/start visibility cycles
  • overcomplicated marketing habits
  • reactive posting patterns
  • dependence on motivation bursts
  • hidden friction that makes consistency harder than it needs to be
  • where your business structure may not currently support momentum very well

This week is likely to create some of the biggest lightbulb moments in the programme, as you start to see how visibility struggles are connected to much bigger questions around:

  • positioning
  • offer clarity
  • business structure
  • priorities

How the programme works

Designed to Be Seen runs over 3 weeks, starting 26th June.

On the 26th June I’ll send you out access to the first AI Coaching Companion, an Intro video walking you through exactly how to use it, and open up our Slack community.

You’ll then have a week to explore the Visibility and Clarity Coaching Companion, and complete the reflection task, before our first group coaching session on Friday 3rd July at 10.00-11.30am UK time.

The live sessions are reflective coaching and implementation spaces where we’ll explore:

  • common patterns emerging across the group
  • what’s actually getting in the way underneath visibility struggles
  • practical next steps and prioritisation

There will also be opportunities for hot-seat coaching.

The second and third Coaching Companions will be released on the 3rd and 10th July, with group coaching the following Friday (10th and 17th July).

During the three weeks, you’ll have access to a focused Slack space for:

  • your questions
  • implementation support
  • accountability
  • reflections and breakthroughs

The coaching call recordings will be available for a limited replay period after the end of the three weeks.

The AI coaching companions themselves will remain available afterwards so you can continue revisiting the prompts, reflections, and strategic conversations in your own time going forward..

    Who this is for

Designed to Be Seen is best suited to:

    • freelance teachers, trainers, and coaches with some existing visibility already
    • people attracting occasional opportunities but not consistent ones
    • people who suspect there may be a deeper issue underneath visibility
    • thoughtful business owners who want a calmer, more sustainable approach to growth
    • people who want to explore AI thoughtfully and ethically

You do not need a perfectly polished business before joining, but you do need some kind of existing business, offer, or direction already in place, even if things currently feel inconsistent or disconnected.

This is probably not the right fit if:

    • you’re starting from complete scratch
    • you’re looking for viral growth tactics
    • you want AI to “do your marketing” for you

The bridge into Designed to Flourish

For some participants, this sprint will create enough clarity and momentum to unlock meaningful progress quite quickly.

But for others, this will become the moment where they realise:

“Oh… this actually goes much deeper than I thought.”

That’s where Designed to Flourish comes in.

Designed to Flourish is my deeper strategic support programme focused on:

    • positioning
    • offer structure
    • business architecture
    • integrated visibility and trust systems
    • long-term sustainability

Designed to Be Seen is not a mini version of Designed to Flourish.

It’s the place where many people first begin understanding why visibility hasn’t been compounding yet – and what needs strengthening underneath it.

If visibility has been feeling draining, inconsistent, or ineffective lately… this may help you finally understand why.

I’m not going to give you another set of content templates, but I will help you strengthen the layers underneath visibility itself – so the right people can understand your value more clearly and move towards working with you more naturally.

      We begin 26th June.

P.S. This programme isn’t really about becoming “more visible.”

It’s about understanding why visibility may not have been leading where you hoped – and strengthening what sits underneath it.
