Many clients begin with a Strategic Intensive. Sometimes that’s all they need, but sometimes the work uncovers bigger opportunities and they choose to continue through a Strategic Partnership.

About me

I’m a business strategist, educator and mentor who helps experts build businesses that are commercially stronger, easier to run, and more aligned with the lives they want to lead.

I’ve been self-employed since 2008, first as a freelance writer and materials developer, and later as the founder of my own training, mentoring and business education programmes.

Alongside running my own business, I’ve spent more than three decades in education, training and professional development, leading international projects, writing award-winning materials, speaking at conferences around the world, and helping people learn, grow and create meaningful change.

My clients are often highly respected in their field. They have expertise, credibility and clients. What they need is a clearer way to translate that into a business model that supports both their ambitions and their wellbeing.

Alongside my business work, I have formal training in coaching, counselling and psychotherapy. This informs how I work around confidence, decision-making and the often very human challenges that sit underneath business growth.

I don’t believe every business needs to become bigger.

I do believe every business should be designed intentionally.
