In this workshop, we’re going to look at the four essential things that every business will benefit from MASSIVELY.
1. A clear and compelling niche that immediately ‘speaks’ to the right people.
2. Identifying your unique approach and point of view- this is what makes you stand out.
3. How to deeply understand your niche so that your marketing always hits the spot.
4. How your niche relates to your offer, and why this helps you create something that’s clearly worth what you’re charging to the right people.

This accountability has really helped me focus. I have been working on this on and off for several years, but have never really taken the time to really think about what I can offer, It’s probably still not perfect, but it’s a lot clearer than it was!
I think your session really helped me to focus in on my niche, something which I’ve been trying to do for a while. It was really helpful to see the connection between the niche, the messaging, my ideal client, and my offer.
The breakout rooms were an excellent way of helping me clarify my thoughts. I was better able to picture what I wanted to achieve through articulating it to another person who was not familiar with what I do.
I realised that I am further ahead in defining my niche than I thought I was. It was extremely helpful to focus on this in an intensive session.
I thought the workshop was great, Rachael. The longer I follow you and hear the messages, knowing that you;’re working with so many people and they’re achieving results, the more trust I have in you, your word, and advice.
Working through this has opened new windows inside my head; it has made me find new ways to describe things and helped me weave my way further into the Who, Why and How of my work. It’s like finding out more about my clients as well as about myself, how exciting!
