Strategic Advisory and Business Architecture

For established educators, coaches, consultants and service-based business owners who want to build a stronger, more intentional business.

There comes a point in many businesses where the next step isn’t another course or a generic business programme. You already have experience, expertise and a business that’s working. What you need is space to think strategically about what’s next.

Perhaps you’re trying to build a more reliable sales process, strengthen your audience growth, simplify a successful but increasingly complex business, or make an important strategic decision about where to focus your time and energy.

Whatever the challenge, my role is to help you see the bigger picture, identify what will make the greatest difference, and design a practical way forward.

Some clients come to me with one clearly defined strategic challenge. Others want an experienced thinking partner as their business continues to evolve.

There are two ways we can work together.

There are two ways we can work together.

Strategic Intensive

Solve one important strategic challenge

Some business challenges are too important to tackle alone, but too specific for a general coaching programme.

A Strategic Intensive is a bespoke consulting project designed around one clearly defined business challenge.

Together, we’ll explore what’s really happening, identify the decisions that matter most, and develop a strategy that’s tailored to your business, your goals and the way you want to work.

Every Strategic Intensive is different. Some focus on sales, others on audience growth, positioning, memberships or another strategic priority. The number of sessions depends on the scope of the project, but every engagement is designed around achieving a clear outcome rather than delivering a fixed package of coaching.

Typical projects are completed over 3–8 weeks.

Investment from £1,500

(depending on the scope of the project)

Example Strategic Intensives

Sales Architecture

Create a more intentional and repeatable sales system.

Many businesses grow through referrals, repeat customers or opportunities that arise naturally. While that’s a great place to start, it can make future growth difficult to predict or replicate.

Together, we’ll design a sales architecture that’s tailored to your business, helping you understand who your highest-value customers are, how they move from first awareness to becoming clients, and where to focus your sales efforts for the greatest impact.

A typical project might include:
• identifying your ideal buyers
• mapping the customer journey
• reviewing offers and pricing
• strengthening sales conversations
• improving follow-up and conversion
• agreeing priorities for the next 90 days

Outcome: A clear, practical sales system that supports sustainable growth.

Audience Growth Architecture

Build a joined up audience growth system

onsistent growth rarely comes from creating more content. It comes from making sure every part of your marketing works together to attract the right people, build trust and encourage them to take the next step.

We’ll design an audience growth strategy that’s aligned with your business, your strengths and the way your ideal clients make decisions. Depending on your business, this may include YouTube, webinars, partnerships, speaking, LinkedIn or other audience-building activities.

A typical project might include:
• clarifying your messaging
• defining your content pillars
• designing your audience growth strategy
• developing a YouTube ecosystem (where appropriate)
• creating lead magnets and welcome sequences
• planning a sustainable content strategy

Outcome: A coherent audience growth system that consistently attracts the right people and guides them towards becoming customers.

If you have one clearly defined strategic challenge, a Strategic Intensive is usually the right place to start. If, however, you’re looking for an ongoing strategic thinking partner as your business evolves, a Strategic Partnership may be a better fit.

Strategic Partnership

An experienced strategic thinking partner for your business.

Some businesses don’t have one challenge to solve. They have a series of important decisions to make over time.

Perhaps you’re developing new offers, refining your positioning, growing your audience, making hiring decisions, exploring new income streams or navigating the opportunities and challenges that come with a growing business. Rather than tackling one project in isolation, you want someone who understands your business and can help you think strategically as it evolves.

A Strategic Partnership gives you ongoing access to experienced, objective support over six months. Together, we’ll identify priorities, explore options, challenge assumptions and make confident decisions, so you’re spending your time and energy on the things that will have the greatest impact.

Our conversations are shaped by what’s happening in your business at the time. Some months we’ll focus on a major strategic decision. Others might involve reviewing plans, solving problems or spotting opportunities you hadn’t considered. The agenda is always driven by what your business needs most.

Your Strategic Partnership includes:

  • Two 60-minute strategy sessions each month
  • Two dedicated Voxer half-days for ongoing support between sessions
  • Six months of strategic partnership and accountability

Investment: £750 per month for six months

Business Bottleneck Diagnostic Review

Find the one thing that’s holding your business back.

Sometimes the biggest challenge isn’t knowing how to move your business forward. It’s knowing where to focus first.

You may have several ideas, opportunities or frustrations, but it’s difficult to see which one is having the greatest impact on your business. That’s where the Business Bottleneck Review comes in.

Before we meet, I’ll ask you to complete a detailed questionnaire and I’ll review your website, messaging and online presence. During our 75-minute strategy session, we’ll explore your business in depth, identify the biggest constraint on your growth and agree the priorities that are most likely to make a meaningful difference.

After our session, you’ll receive a personalised Business Priority Plan summarising my observations, recommendations and suggested next steps, giving you a clear roadmap for moving forward.

If you decide to continue with a Strategic Intensive or Strategic Partnership, I’ll deduct the full cost of your Business Bottleneck Review from your investment.

What’s included:

  • Pre-session questionnaire
  • Review of your business and online presence
  • 75-minute strategy session
  • Personalised Business Priority Plan

Investment: £225

Projects I've helped clients tackle

Developing a membership strategy

A business owner with an established audience wanted to create a membership that was commercially viable and aligned with the way they wanted to work.

We explored different models, tested assumptions and designed a membership strategy that balanced recurring revenue with a sustainable customer experience.

Building a more intentional sales system

An established educational publisher wanted to move beyond relying on repeat customers and word of mouth. Together, we mapped their customer journey, clarified their priority audiences, reviewed their offers and developed a more strategic sales architecture to support future growth.

Refining pricing and positioning

An experienced consultant knew they were undercharging but wasn’t confident how to reposition their services. Together, we redesigned their offer structure, pricing and messaging, creating a premium proposition that better reflected the value of their expertise.

What my clients say

We felt that the business had huge potential, but we weren’t  fulfilling that to the extent we were looking to.

We had a lot of  ideas but we just weren’t prioritisng the right things, and were looking for someone to look at the operation as a whole with fresh eyes and advise us on where to direct our time and > energy.

As a result of working together, we are now much more focused and moving ahead with purpose and confidence.

It feels like we are finally developing a workable system. We’ve found the whole experience to be excellent.

Founders of ESOL Books

I had been following you for a long time and liked your approach, so when it came to picking a new business coach it was easy. I hesitated over the fee but then thought that if I didn’t take the leap nothing would change.

Over the six months I have learnt to reflect and work on many things such as my money mind blocks, how to address objections during a prospect call, how to make my CTAs clearer, how to pitch myself more clearly, and identified and developed 2 brand-new coaching programmes which I have sold.

Your expertise on how to grow a successful business is unquestioned, but what I valued the most was your empathy, understanding and patience to ‘hold my hand’ and walk me through things and to listen when I needed to be heard.

To anyone considering working with Rachael, I would say that if you think you can do this on your own and are prepared to spend months and years in the wilderness, go ahead and wander aimlessly. However, if you want someone who understands you, listens and guides you through this bewildering journey the decision is easy.

Next Steps

Let’s explore what’s possible.

We’ll talk about your business, the challenge you’re trying to solve, and whether a Strategic Intensive, Strategic Partnership, or something else entirely is the best fit.

If I think I’m the right person to help, I’ll tell you.

If I don’t, I’ll tell you that too.
