I'll be honest. There's some work to do before you can make this business model work for you. You may well be already successfully teaching 1-2-1, but I'm guessing you're probably getting clients through word of mouth and referrals (or maybe via a platform).

Word of mouth has it's advantages. Its obviously less effort than actively marketing your business, but it's not something you have much control over. This means that you are much more likely to go through periods of feast and famine, which in turn probably leads to you taking on clients who aren't really a good fit. They may not want to pay what you'd like to charge, or you may just be spreading yourself very thin. 

Creating a programme for a specific niche makes it far easier to attract exactly the right kind of client, who can see that you really understand exactly what they need, and are therefore willing to invest both more money and more effort into working with you.

And I can also help you work out how to create a programme which is partly asynchronous, and makes the most of the fact that clients within the same niche often have at least partly similar needs. 

You'll need to do some work around clarifying and digging into what specific niche would work best for you, and there may also be work to be done around setting up online tools and platforms and/or getting better at marketing and sales. 

The good news is that this is the easiest model to make work with a small audience. You probably don't need lots more clients, you just need the right ones, and to work out a better way of helping them achieve their goals while working less and earning more.

It's probably the easiest model to set up and maintain in terms of attracting leads and finding right-fit clients. You don't need a huge audience, just a super clear niche, and an offer designed to meet their specific needs. (helping people with these two things is one of my specialities)
